The trunk door has a working lock and key. There is a hairline crack in the trunk door lentical.
The possibly associated good quality 5 pillar movement strikes the hours on a bell. It has a smart brass dial with silvered chapter ring and gilt spandrels. There is a subsidiary seconds dial and date indicator.
The movement looks to have been recently serviced, is in good working order and keeping good time.
