Large Mahogany Fusee Dial Clock

Description

A large late 19th Century English fusee dial clock. It has a traditional pegged case with side and bottom inspection doors,a substantial turned mahogany case with a very thick bevel edge glass and a heavy cast brass bezel that has a silvered inside sight ring. The 14 inch diameter dial is signed by the maker, Camerer Cuss & Co London W12. It has a heavily engineered 8 day fusee movement. It has historic repair labels to the reverse

The case has been repolished and waxed, the dial retains its original finish, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months.
