Eight Day Striking Mantle Clock Circa 1860. French Mantel Clock

Description

A most decorative mantle clock, the ormolu case, surmounted by lovebirds over a 11.5cm Dial, with Roman and Arabic numerals.

The eight day movement striking the hours and half hours on an outside count wheel, with the impressed stamp of the renowned maker, Vincente. This most attractive clock is in first class condition and strikes on a cast bell, giving a beautiful mellow chime.
