A Rare Chiming, Black, Lacquered (japanned), Grandmother Clock.

The Japanned clock chimes on each quarter hour, Whittington & Westminster chimes.
 
The break arch brass dial with roman chapter ring, Arabic five minutes, with mask and leaf scroll spandrels and a three train, balance wheel movement.
 
The traditional gilt lacquered case having a break arch hood, raised on bracket feet.
 
Offered in good clean working condition. The case is in very good condition. Circa 1930.
