To the back are 10 solid oak drawers, with original brass handles, fronted by 2 sliding shelves, which can be adjusted to suit size or completely removed. These are over a ledge with a further six larger drawers, also oak lined and having the most glorious burr-walnut fronts with feather banding and retaining the original brass handles.
