C19th Large Leather and Brass Camphor Trunk

Description

Good C19th large leather and brass camphor trunk; Chinese export in rare green leather; the brass bound lid with brass studded edges and an oval central panel, having the original ring handle and escutcheon above the front with unusual brass studded large swag decoration. All of the edges brass bound and original swan neck carrying handles to the sides. The interior retaining its block printed paper lining.
