Vicky Thomas Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The vase has two gilded handles at the top, and is decorated with an elegant scene of Geisha girls to one side, and a group of figures to the other - both scenes are surrounded by exquisite flowers, swirls and scaled patterns, with raised painted petals, and dots.
The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration, and has one tiny patch of wear to the glazing on the rim consistent with its age.
