A high quality 17th/18the century octagonal bell brass candle stick. Constructed in two parts the lower being cast, then having a turned out dished wax tray. The tray having scrolling and masks to each corner, each mask hand chiselled. The stem is similarly decorated with scrolling and turned line decoration. The brass is bell brass and the piece rings wonderfully when struck.
The stick is in very good condition.
