This superb Fancy Victorian Emerald & Diamond gold necklace was Made in England around 1880. A very interesting piece with six intricately designed sections beautifully executed with fancy scrolled high quality links. A large old cut diamond centre stone weighing 0.28 carats and another 10 Emeralds weighing 0.12 carats each with a combined weight of 1.20 carats in total. This high quality necklace is of heavy gauge of gold the overall weight is 11.1 grams. This solid 9 carat gold necklace is fully hallmarked . The size of fitment is for a 16 inch neck. The whole thing is is in fine condition and ready to use.

This gorgeous lavaliere pendant dates to the late 1800's Victorian era. The lavaliere is named for the type of pendant popularized by the Duchesse de la Vallire, a mistress of King Louis XIV of France.
