Super Quality Japanese Mixed Metal Vase Miyabe Atsuyoshi

As part of our oriental collection we are delighted to offer this fine and heavy quality Japanese bronze and mixed metal vase by Miyabe Atsuyoshi a highly regarded Meiji period metalworker , the unusual shaped vase is of unatuaraly heavy construction so typical of Miyabe's works and features a trio of cranes to the front and a smaller pair to the rear all flying above a reeded lakeside setting , the birds and foliage onlaid in deep relief with the use of gold , silver , shibuichi and other mixed alloys , signed to the underside with a full Miyabe signature , a fabulous appreciating asset for your Japanese collection from a top artist !

The condition is lovely .
