Fine Pair of Japanese Inlaid Bronze Cockerel Vases Signed

1900 - 1920
Description

As part of our oriental collection we are delighted to offer this fine quality pair of Japanese bronze vases inlaid in various mixed metals including gold and silver,the vases are of a more unusual shape than the norm and depict cockerels and hens in a tranquil garden setting , the vases come with their original wooden stands and are signed to the rear, these vases are invariably made by the Nagowa factory although this pair do not have that factory seal and feel slightly heavier quality !

The condition is lovely with only the expected light wear from cleaning , ready for immediate delivery.

Diameter 3.5" 9 cm max
