French Empire Adjustable Glazed Bookcase

Description

Fantastic quality and scale to this French Empire style glazed and fully adjustable bookcase, decorated with brass mounts and Medusa to the lower panelled doors.

This bookcase fully dismantles, so it is very easy to move to any location in the house and when built is very sturdy.

The brass mounts are well made and have mellowed beautifully over time and compliment the “plum pudding” mahogany very well. The lower panels of the glazed doors depict the Greek Mythology Medusa within a wreath.

Great amount of storage space for books, display or I would personally use it as a drinks and glasses cabinet!
