Antique Tibetan Painted Chest

Description

This 19th century Tibetan Polychrome painted chest is a really characterful and decorative piece dating from around 1890.

The solid wood chest has a fabulous hand painted front panel painted on canvas in bold oils depicting wonderful dragons scrolls and flowets. The chest has a , hinged lid and metal clasp enclosing a clean timber interior.

This is a great size for a TV stand or large coffee table measuring 118cm by 43cm by 49cm
