Edwardian Silver Vesta with Retriever Motif

Description

A fine quality Edwardian solid silver vesta case with superbly detailed cast silver retriever dog motif to the front, Birmingham 1905. The solid silver case is slightly curved and with rounded edges and corners for comfort in the pocket. The front of the vesta case with a superbly detailed cast silver retriever dog motif set to the centre. Hanging loop to the top corner, match striker to the base and snap top lid, which opens to reveal an immaculate gilt lined interior. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Joseph Gloster along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in immaculate unused condition.
