Description

A very decorative Victorian sterling silver jewellery or trinket box. In a rectangular shape with a hinged domed lid embossed with cherubs and a floral scene with an empty central cartouche. The interior has been lined with blue velvet and the body has been deeply embossed all round with cherubs, scrolls and flowers. Supported by four ball feet. This box is in very good original condition without any holes to the silver highlights.

Maker: Henry William Curry, London.
