Description

A Lovely Set of Four Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver Figural Place Card Holders. Each holder is formed with an oval base and a raised scene featuring a draped female figure with her child, carrying the harvest. A slim upright clip is fitted at the rear of each base to hold a name card, menu slip, or small label. Hallmarked for Sheffield, 1906.

* The figural scenes read like tiny sculptures, bringing character to a table setting even before the cards are added.

Measurements:

Height: 1 1/2" (approx. 4cm)

Width: 1 3/8" (approx. 3.5cm)

Total weight of set: 34g

In good condition – The silver shows only light surface wear consistent with age and gentle use.
