Description

This elegant Art Deco silver and powder blue guilloche enamel dressing table jar is dated Birmingham 1926. The vivid blue enamel lid fitted on a clear crystal glass body incised with stars and geometric patterns. The inner lid with pale gilt wash.

Hallmarks:

H.C.D for Henry Clifford Davis.

Birmingham Assay mark.

date letter "B" for 1926.

Lion Passant.

Condition:

Very good

Enamel lid in very good condition, no loss, no surface scratching.

Glass in perfect condition. No chips or cracks.

Dimensions:

Height: 7.5cm / 3 inches.

Diameter: 7cm / 4 inches.

Lid diameter: 8.5cm / 2.5 inches.
