Art Deco Birds Eye Maple and Leather Stool

1920 - 1940
Description

A stylish and extremely well made Art Deco birds eye maple and leather stool. This was made in England, it dates from the 1930’s.

It is a useful and beautiful item, the frame has gorgeous birds eye maple grain patterns and is nicely finished on all sides. There is lovely walnut cross banding on the edges, the seat is upholstered in cream leather with studded edges.

The condition is excellent for its age, we have had the frame stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, and it has been newly re-upholstered in cream leather.
