Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

A colour twist wine glass is a drinking vessel featuring decorative spiral patterns of coloured glass embedded within a clear central stem, a technique refined in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.

These glasses were hand-blown using clear soda-lime or lead glass, incorporating internal canes of opaque white and coloured glass that were pulled and twisted during the stem-drawing process.

Authentic examples typically feature natural wear patterns on the underside of the foot, subtle irregularities in the hand-drawn stem twists, and appropriate glass density for the period.

Displaying stemware on a sideboard top, inside a glass-fronted cabinet, or arranged across a brass bar cart integrates historic pieces effectively into contemporary dining spaces.

Clean stemware by hand using lukewarm water and mild detergent, avoiding automated dishwashers, extreme temperature changes, and abrasive cleaning cloths.
