An attractive Globe Wernicke style sectional antique oak stacking bookcase, comprising five graduated sections, four with glazed double doors and the central section being a drop down writing bureau. The cabinet retains its original maker’s plaque for E.S.A (E. Savain), High Holborn, London, and features the classic modular construction associated with Globe Wernicke designs. A practical and decorative storage piece, ideal for books, collectibles or office use.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and use. There is some wear visible around the lock area and light fading to the sides, along with minor age-related surface marks. The doors operate as they should and the cabinet remains structurally sound and ready for use.
