Rare English Solid Sterling Silver Wax Seal Fob C1790 Antique 18th Century

Description

A rare English antique solid sterling silver wax seal fob. It is hallmarked but they are difficult to read. I would date it to c1790. It has been superbly made and the seal end is engraved with the initials RK. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 1 inch (2.6cm) tall by over 0.75 inch (2.3cm) across the seal end and weighs 8 grams. A high quality little piece.
