Description

Handsome Chippendale George III 2-door mahogany low press cupboard; the pair of doors unusually disguised as drawers; the well figured solid mahogany top having a moulded edge above the two doors disguised as 2 banks of 4 graduating drawers with cockbeaded edges and original large brass swanneck handles that have achieved a good bronze colour. The right hand door with working lock and key. The interior retaining its original excellent quality cedar trays, sliding and removable and having mahogany moulded fronts. Raised on original shaped bracket feet in a good grade of mahogany with an excellent colour and patina.
