The World is Made of Glass Ltd. has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The jug is in excellent condition for its age.
It has a rough pontil mark on the underside of the base.

The jug has a baluster-shaped bowl measuring 5.5 cm (2.2 inches) in diameter at the turned inwards pouring rim. The bowl is wrythen-moulded from top to bottom. The jug is 9 cm (3.6 inches) across at its widest point (pouring spout to outside of the handle) and is 9.5 cm (3.8 inches) in height. The handle was first applied to the top of the bowl and then finished off at the bottom of the bowl with a curlicue. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any other obvious evidence of restoration. There are a couple of tiny inclusions in the metal of the bowl dating from manufacture and some very defined tool marks. There is a collector's sticker to the base.
A pretty, period jug weighing in at 90 g. (~ 3 oz.).
