A finely cast Victorian sterling silver figure of a shepherd boy by Edward & John Barnard, London. The young figure stands barefoot, wearing a classical robe and wide-brimmed hat, holding a crook. The silver is sharply modelled with chased and hammered detailing, and the piece is mounted on its original marble and wooden stepped base.
