Exhibit Antiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
A superb pair of large Anglo Irish Georgian glass rummers dating to c1800-1820.
They have large bucket bowls above blade shoulder knops and plain stems. Conical feet with snapped pontils.

Outstanding glasses with bowls large enough that can be used from G&T to Ale.
This form of straight sided bucket bowl is normally associated to Ireland. We have had many examples, but smaller drams and wines. Large rummers in this form are exceptionally rare.
