William IV mahogany chiffonier bookcase
This striking William IV mahogany chiffonier bookcase was made circa 1820.
Having a 2-tier waterfall bookcase above the chiffonier base that is fitted a pair of brass grilled doors and stands on turned mahogany feet.
To each side of the doors are serpentine shaped columns with beautiful acanthus leaf carving to the top and lightly nulled carving below.
There is fine nulled moulding around the shelves and waist.
