A beautiful large English Edwardian antique solid sterling silver snuff box. It is hallmarked for Chester 1906 with the maker being CC. It has been superbly designed being beautifully engraved and internally gilded. The top inscription relates to the White Family. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. The hinge is smooth and tight, the inside gilded and clean. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8cm) long by 2.25 inches (5.7cm) wide by over 0.75 inch (2.2cm) tall and weighs 116 grams. A very high quality example.
