Antique Victorian Mahogany Breakfront Open Bookcase

Description

An excellent original antique Victorian mahogany breakfront open bookcase. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

It is of superb quality, with a breakfront design and lots of storage space for books. The shelves are adjustable, this sits on a plinth base, and has beautifully moulded corners.

We have just had this re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age. There are just some minor marks and indentations here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
