Early Victorian Silver Caddy Spoon By George Unite, Birmingham 1839

This charming and rather unusual early Victorian caddy spoon was made by the reputed silversmith George Unite and is dated Birmingham 1839 . The shovel-shaped bowl with bright-cut decorations, the reeded pillar handle with beaded oval finial.
