D & J Hunt Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.

The wardrobe would look well in an old or modern property amongst similar antique pine furniture for storage. It would also look great in a large bedroom.
This wardrobe does knockdown into many pieces enabling it to go up 100% of staircases. This is simple to put together using wooden chucks.

The wardrobe stands on square back legs and round turned front bun feet supporting the main section. There is one large drawer to the bottom. The drawer has round turned wooden knobs, is pine lined and has dovetail joints. There are two doors. Each door has a large panel to the top and a small bottom panel. Behind the doors there are four shelves. The shelves could be removed and one shelf kept at the top and a hanging rail placed beneath. There is a key that locks the doors. The top has a standard graduated cornice with a drawer beneath it that I have never seen before!. There are fluted columns and carved corbles to the sides.
The height is 208cm, the width is 161cm and the depth is 63cm. The internal depth is 51cm
