Description

This is a Superior Quality Shapland and Petter of Barnstaple solid Mahogany Bookcase / Drinks Cabinet c1890-1900. It is raised on short turned legs with ogee moulding to the base and double glazed doors. There is a central support section which does not move. There are 3 shelves and supports to each side although I have only pictured it with two shelves to each side. All of the shelves are adjustable or removable with solid brass shelf supports for 6 shelves. It is marked with the makers label to the locks. The top has a quadrant moulding to the edge and the top back section is inlaid with ebony and boxwood. A stunning piece and top top quality. It comes with a key for each door.
