CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places, including age-related marks, scratches, and fading throughout the piece. The shelves show some loss, and there are noticeable marks to the surface, as pictured. There is also some woodworm visible to the sides, though this has been treated and is now long gone. Additionally, there are splits to the back of one of the bookcases. Despite these imperfections, the piece remains solid, sound, and full of character.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
