The World is Made of Glass Ltd. has dated this piece to the 18th Century.

The glass is in excellent condition for its age. This means, of course, that it shows the age related wear and tear to both the rim of the bowl and to the rim of the foot commensurate with 200+ years of use. It has a rough pontil mark on the underside of the foot.

The glass has a cup-shaped bowl measuring 6 cm (2.4 inches) in diameter at the slightly everted rim. The bowl sits on a hollow stem with a drop knop above an inverted baluster and basal knop. The stem leads to a domed foot which measures 6.2 cm (2.5 inches) in diameter. The glass is 14 cm (5.6 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration.
It is made from English lead metal. It weighs 115 g. (~ 4 oz.).
