There is a partition between the two spaces with the right side having a later added adjustable shelf with sliding hanging rail beneath. There are three options of height for the shelf.Would make an excellent hall coat cupboard, with space in the base for boots and shoes. Or because of the hanging rails a bedroom wardrobe.The cupboard comes in two parts, making it easier to manoeuver. The top door section lifts up off of the base chest section.The character to this charming cupboard is wonderful, having a lovely rich colour and patina.
