Clearly hallmmarkednfor London 1910 on both the base and the sifting cap this is a beautiful piece,

Still appropriate for use and showing very little signs of wear a small sink on the lower rim flare but very difficult to photograph accurately due to it being small and the surface reflection , but I have enclosed a magnified picture which enlarges , but shows the crease.

The Goldsmiths & Silversmiths company Ltd 112 Regent st London is clearly marked on the base of the sifter and obviously the makers mark is clearly shown with the hall marks.

This is a large sifter standing at 21.5 cm ( 8+inches)

It is of substantial weight .. weighing 242 grams

A beautiful antique piece , 114 years old and ready to grace any table or collection.
