An 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant being a gold medal depicting the face of Jesus Christ with a cross. The reverse depicts the lamb of God with a cross against a cross background. Signed F. Vernon. The medal held within a foliate white gold surround set with four round-cut rubies within a gold circle. Stamped with the eagle mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture.
