A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal depicting a hand holding a bottle aloft in the rays of a rising or setting sun, with the words ''Groupe Sanguin'' above and around it, with RH on a banner below with space for engraving with the wearer''s blood type. Stamped with the eagle mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture with an unknown maker''s mark.
