A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as an oval medal depicting Saint Therese holding a crucifix and some roses with a polished surround. The reverse shows a wreath of roses surrounding a cross. Stamped with the eagle''s head for 18 karat gold and French manufacture.
