A very impressive Old Sheffield Plated epergne / table centrepiece. Marked to the base with three workman''s marks and dating to c1800-1820. Beautifully styled and standing on four lion''s paw feet. With a well fitted thick glass bowl which is removable. A very solid heavy piece.
In good condition with only minor signs of copper bleed to the raised edges. A couple of old solder strengtheners underneath to two of the feet. The glass bowl is undamaged.
