Marylebone Antiques has dated these Art Deco Sycamore Bedside Cabinets to the 1920s.
The sycamore has a gorgeous colour tone and stunning grain patterns. They stand on beautifully scrolled legs, and have turned handles with lovely inlaid designs. Each cabinet has a tray slide shelf that pulls out from beneath the top, the interiors have very clever built trays that slide outwards on metal runners when the doors are opened.
We have had them stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.
We also have the matching dressing table and chair that came with this, and also a complete Hille dining suite in the same style that was purchased at the same time in the 1920’s. All can be seen listed under our other items for sale.
