A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal depicting the Virgin Mary in profile with a halo above a pair of roses in full bloom. Signed E. Dropsy. The reverse shows a sheaf of lilies, a symbol of purity. Stamped with the eagle’s head for French manufacture and 18 karat gold, and an unknown maker’s mark.
