Technical Description

An exceptionally rare example of an 18th century Liege wine glass which dates to c1725. It has a waisted round funnel bowl with a very unusual raised square nut moulding. Sits on a clear stem with shoulder and basal knops above a conical folded foot. A superb example, probably made at the Nizet glasshouse in Belgium.
