Worshipful Company of Clothworkers Sterling Silver Tea Caddy 1903 Antique 150g

Description

A beautiful rare Edwardian English antique solid sterling silver tea caddy. It is hallmarked for London 1903 with the maker Carrington & Co (John Bodman Carrington). It has been beautifully made having a classical design and embossed with the emblem and motto 'My Trust is in God Alone' of the Worshipful Company of Clothworkers. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and the hinge is strong. It measures approx. 4.25 inches (10.8cm) wide by 3 inches (7.6cm) front to back by 4 inches ( 10cm) tall to the top of the finial and weighs 150 grams. A beautiful eye catching piece.
