A certified natural saltwater pearl necklace recently re-strung on a platinum and old cut diamond set clasp, the natural pearls were originally on a Georgian clasp as the certificate shows however the clasp has been changed as the old one was damaged and the necklace re-strung. This is as the certificate shows a natural saltwater necklace which are increasingly sought after and very collectable. The clasp dates from the Edwardian period. This necklace has been x-rayed and is a natural saltwater pearl necklace.
