An exceptional pair of cloisonne vases , each with six panels depicting birds and flowers . The dense decoration of birds and flowers is all in fine silver wire , the mounts are also silver . These vases are probably Hayashi , but unsigned , produced at the height of the best of the late Meiji Period , a stunning pair of vases .A couple of very short minor hairlines , too small to capture with an image , otherwise beautiful condition .Don has been dealing in Meiji period art for 60 years , exhibiting in London , New York , Baltimore , Miami and Shanghai.
