Havard and Havard has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
The lower part contains a brushing slide above five drawers applied with old but later handles, on a shaped plinth. Made from dense, irregularly figured native oak, including the backboards and internal shelf, the drawer linings of ash, oak and pine. Teifi Valley, circa 1790-1810.
