Description

A superb rare Chinese export solid silver letter opener. It is unmarked but tests as high grade silver. I would ate it to c1900-1920. It has been beautifully made with the handle depicting a dragon on one side and bamboo on the other and engraved with a single letter F. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 9.5 inches (24cm) long by almost 1 inches (2.4cm) wide and weighs 56 grams. A rare beautiful piece.
