An Exquisite French Enamel Painted Trinket Casket

An exquisite French enamel painted trinket casket, in a gorgeous petrol blue glass. This delightful and practical piece is of rounded form with a gilt metal frame and the lid is hinged. The top is decorated with applied white enamelling, which is then repeated to the sides. The glass is set in a gilt metal frame, with wire work feet in the Art Nouveau taste. This is a lovely display piece, both decorative and usable. Dimensions below.
