The World is Made of Glass Ltd. has dated this piece to the 1910s.

The glasses are in excellent condition for their age. They show age related wear and tear to the rims of the feet consistent with some 100+ years of use.
The glasses have cup-shaped bowls measuring 7 cm (2.8 inches) in diameter at the gilded bowl rims. The glasses have been blown in clear glass and then enamelled and gilded. The rims of the bowls are gilded above a band of blue enamel enhanced by gilded trailing foliage.
The otherwise plain stem is cut with six vertical facets just under the bowl. The glasses end in plain feet which measure 8.2 cm (3.3 inches) in diameter and which display a blue enamelled and gilded band that complements the band under the bowl rims. The glasses are 19.5 cm (7.8 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious signs of restoration. The enamel and gilding are rubbed in places.

Each glass weighs in at 145 g. ( ~ 5 oz.). The five glasses are complemented by a sixth in the same pattern which has been broken at the stem and reassembled leaving it shorter than the other five and missing a lump out of the stem. This glass is supplied free of charge to the buyer of the set of five if you want it.
