The reverse with a band of stylised acanthus and scrollwork in gilt, above an Apple green ground.
A band of gilt bells, hanging from scroll work adorn the inner rim.
Titled in red script ‘The Minstrel’, ‘The wild harp rang to his adventurous hand.’
Red script factory mark, and addresses.
Height – 9 cm, 3 1/2”.
Diameter – 7.5 cm, 3”.
Condition – Repair to small chip to one gilt beak. Typical minor wear to the gilding – please see images for detail.
